CincySips can be customized and tailored to any private event including weddings, company picnics, corporate parties, birthdays, reunions, tailgates, baby showers.

Furthermore, CinySips can be hired for public events such as festivals and markets only when sponsored by a non-profit/501(c)3 Organization.

We are based in Cincinnati, OH and service the tristate area including Northern Kentucky & Southwest Indiana.
Our packages include services within a 30 mile radius of 45215. We are happy to travel further, inquire for pricing. 

Yes! We have vendor liability insurance. We are a licensed- Ohio Limited Liability Co. We also have trained and licensed bar staff using the ASK (Alcohol Server Knowledge) program through the state of Ohio. We are happy to work with all venues to provide proper documentation. 

If your event is on private property, no permit is required for CincySips. If your event is on public property, it is your responsibility to obtain the proper permits for your event. 

At this time, we do not rent Lola or Little Betty by themselves, with the exception of photographer specific events. If your venue requires that their bartending staff serves alcohol, we can create a custom package for your individual circumstance. Inquire for pricing.

Due to state laws, alcohol must be served by our staff. Lola has a three tap system on the inside of the trailer as well as a tap wall on the outside making sure all parts of the trailer are functionable. A great add-on and al la carte option is to have an additional bartender available for the outside tap system to make sure no one is waiting in line for their drink!

Start by filling out our Contact Us Page and we can chat about the details of your event. Additionally, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit and signed contract to secure your date. Payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to your event. 

Lola is approximately 13 feet long, 7.5 feet wide and a little over 8 feet tall. We require flat ground for service, early access for set up, and one 120-volt standard outlet within 100 feet. No outlet or electricity? No problem! We can offer an ultra quiet generator to your proposal (for an additional charge). Many venues have industrial garage doors that allow ample room for Lola to be pulled inside. Keep in mind our standard SUV must fit as well and there must be room to turn around. Your best bet is to check with your venue about fitting Lola inside. 

When securing a date with us, we turn down other potential clients for that date. Therefore, we are unable to issue refunds of your initial deposit. If you cancel at least two weeks prior to your date, we will do our best to refund any payments made, minus cost of materials already purchased. See contract for details.
